Hlo everyone ,i am a student right now and i want to open a fast food stall(for my brother ) on the main road(near my village) where there is no fast food shop and any stall( in the radius of 2km ) .I have very good place at main road which is my own (where i can install a stall) and there is no any rent for that place for stall , the thing hit me to open this cause lack of competition at that palce ,Anyone please suggest me what will be the procedure for this and is it will be good investment to convert it in to a my future asset.
