Hello Guys 👋🏻, I have an idea for a startup, is it fruitful or not give your opinions. As there is Blinkit and Zomato/Swiggy, they can mixed and getting a good idea. If market's small or large shops working as a dark store and delivery boys deliver the item from the stores not from any specific dark store. As, In Zomato shops can register and delivery their foods online. Such that a 'X' company where others grocery shops can register and sell their products, groceries online through delivery. And will have a minimal delivery charge as product price range.

margins in grocery delivery are already razor-thin and with low fees you might get customers but how will you sustain it and compete against 1B dollars in bank kind of companies?

Allowing small stores to register as dark stores is a smart move...its like selling shovels in a gold rush. I think you should create a company that simplifies this conversion or creation of dark stores easy and fast for QC companies. Like make their work easier instead of competing with them dirtectily
