If you work on building this skill before stepping into the corporate world, you’ll already be ahead. Instead of waiting to learn it over time, start now—analyze problems deeply, understand a hundred ways to approach them, and refine your reasoning. Trust me, it’ll change everything.

Yaar you think kya you will be working there forever or in that industry forever? Just do the job and do it well i believe, that's what newbies should focus on because then you end up doing shoddy work and make assumptions and recommendations on stuff you shouldnt

Most Indian companies still hire freshers purely on DSA skills. All this talk about business acumen is great, but show me one service-based company that tests for it. The system needs to change before we blame freshers.

Completely disagree with this mindset. Saw this at Meta - engineers who only focused on coding without understanding business impact built "technically perfect" features that users hated. Business logic isn't something you "pick up" - it needs intentional learning from day 1.
