Never worked. There is a reason why we still don't have a 10 min medical delivery

I think there was a service long back I can't remember the name, that had modern ambulances and worked in a membership model or something. It failed miserably, I can't exactly remember the name, the ambulances looked like big fire trucks.

I work in healthcare tech and the average ambulance response time in most Indian cities is 30-45 minutes. A 10-minute service could save countless lives, especially during the golden hour after cardiac events.

the reason why 10 m ecom thrives is that is a one way job, but in your case real problem will be making the first aid or life saving treatment available within x minutes . considering the low desnity of medical staff it seems to be a far dream for now

no, it is difficult, i did my own research and tried it,and failed. 10 mins ambulance is very difficult. Lots of issues. There are mainly 3 types of ambulances - ALS, BLS AND PATIENT TRANSFER. The majority of the ambulances don't have the basic equipment such as O2. The demand is not that great, which would impact the revenue. Another main issue is lack of awareness of toll free numbers related to ambulance. The majority of people just call out 100 (according. to a report), then the police contact the nearest hospital, then the hospital dispatches ambulances. Third is infra issues. IMO, a 10 min ambulance is a myth. 20 min is a possibility in tier -1, or in some special cases.

doesn't work because it's capital heavy business many have failed 108,red ambulance and allottees. who will come when all hospitals are providing free pickup

the only 10 mins service needed in India. The current VC backed models are setting wrong examples to the coming generations

Great idea but if you tie up with state government you will get success but not rural only urban and major cities
