no, it is difficult, i did my own research and tried it,and failed. 10 mins ambulance is very difficult. Lots of issues. There are mainly 3 types of ambulances - ALS, BLS AND PATIENT TRANSFER. The majority of the ambulances don't have the basic equipment such as O2. The demand is not that great, which would impact the revenue. Another main issue is lack of awareness of toll free numbers related to ambulance. The majority of people just call out 100 (according. to a report), then the police contact the nearest hospital, then the hospital dispatches ambulances. Third is infra issues. IMO, a 10 min ambulance is a myth. 20 min is a possibility in tier -1, or in some special cases.
