Idea For You Implement Now — So guy's according to my research nowadays lots of juice , cold drink , energy drink and many beverages brand are coming in the market but mostly are selling their products at higher prices ranges between 20rs to 260rs even people's are purchasing it because it's taste good but only middle class of India are able to purchase this and people's can't afford to drink this daily for getting energy in daily work also all beverages companies are ignoring lower middle class of India who have the biggest share in our population around 60-70% and sadly these lower middle class of India is spending their whole day while drinking 2rs water pouches and do you know the Indian beverage industry is valued at around $332 billion in 2023 and is expected to grow to $691.47 billion by 2030, with a CAGR of 11.05% so definitely there are lots of opportunities for entrepreneurs . Problem — • Brands are not making products for lower middle class of India who have 70% Shares in our total population • Juices , cold drink and other beverages prices are high and not catering everyone • Healthy juices and beverages are not accessible and available in all over india like Rural area's and few Urban cities • Organic juice and drinks prices are High • Indian flavour drinks are very less like Kahwa , Falooda , Shikanji , Lassi , Aam panna and many more • Only few flavours drinks are Available and many famous foreign beverages drinks are not available • Too much sugar and preservatives are in mostly drink brands We are living in 140 crores population country and there are hundreds of problems face by people's daily because of beverage industry Solution — So guy's after analysing all these problems , i decided to create a highly disruptive beverage industry model. So firstly we need to create few drinks formulation that is widely Consumed by Indian population and comes with highly innovative flavours. 1— Shikanji 2 — Rooh Afza 3 — Masala Soda 4— Organise juice 5— Mangoe juice 6 — Aam pana Interestingly you can easily Produce 150Ml drink in any of them at just 1.5rs in bulk quantity even lot's of more flavour are available I'm pretty sure that mostly people are familiar with water pouches, as they have consumed them many times. Nowadays, water pouches are easily accessible to everyone, priced at just ₹2 We just need to purchase an automatic water refilling and packaging machine, which will cost us around ₹2 lakh. After that, we will need to buy packaging materials with our brand branding, costing ₹1 lakh. Once we have everything in place, we can create large quantities of the drink powder, then use the water pouch packaging machine to fill and seal the pouches. This will allow us to produce juice ( 150ML pouches ) at ₹5 each, with a net profit of ₹1 per pouch. The machine can produce up to 1,500 pouches per hour. • Startup cost — 5 Lakh only • Net profit — 15% • Expected revenue — 100 crores • Scale it globally
