This would also lower costs since hiring separate teams for deliveries and driving wouldn’t be necessary. From the employee’s point of view, it’s a win too. Most people struggle to earn enough with just one role, but this model allows them to take on multiple tasks—working as both a delivery partner and a cab driver. It means more flexibility and higher earning potential, which makes the job more appealing. Overall, it’s a system where both the business and employees can benefit, creating a more sustainable and efficient model.
