The other day, I was stuck at a bus stop, frustrated. No buses in sight, ride-hailing apps were either too expensive or showed the dreaded “No drivers available.” It felt like being stranded with no way out. As I stood there, a stream of bikes zipped past me—Zomato, Swiggy, buzzing around like they owned the road. And then, something clicked. What if there was a way to make use of all these buzzing bikes? A way that’s efficient for the riders and helpful for people like me, stuck waiting for an option. I thought we can mix food delivery and rapido. but i don't know how to validate the idea. Happy to hear suggestions from your side guys..

1.firstly they have thermal baggage to maintain temperature of food. 2. In cities like bangalore most of the delivery raiders use e-scooters like yulu which does only accommodate single person.

Partner with a few delivery riders and test it in a small area. Even a WhatsApp group to match riders with passengers could work to gauge demand and I think ONDC would be the platform for you

Talk to delivery riders and potential customers. Would riders take passengers during their downtime? Would users trust and use it? Real feedback is gold
