He has a valid point in my opinion!. He is not even compelling everybody to work 70 hours, rather he is giving a reason to work. Today's youths are taking too much care of work life balance. You see, so many young entrepreneurs fail, Why?. They not putting the work that they should put on. They are not even ready to sacrifice 2 - 4 Years to live your next 25 years in peace!. Did anybody who is successful in their life said "I work 4 -5 hours a day, and take a off on weekends to chill. This led to my success". But if you are in a corporate job which you don't like or just drains too much energy from with little pay, this is not a valid point to consider. Either you should work on your skills to place in dream job or if you have a great idea and you believe it to success, Start a business. What's your take?
