food quality is already good because the local hotel are running last -5 to 10 years and Local are repeated costomer so there's no need to proof that quality of food. why we can easily create 200+ outlet because in every 1 per km there are 10-20 small hotel are running in offline they are not selling food on online. so we can easily convert them a chain
