❓Why people choose Blinkit & Zepto over Swiggy Instamart apart from marketing?
*Zepto is not servicing some tier2 cities.
While all products prices are relatively similar.
i have recently started a small jewellery business online using instagram for now but unable to attract people to buy it, even when the pricing is quite low as compared to blinkit, zepto, etc.
can anyone suggest what can be done here ?

The only people who think that Blinkit, Zepto, etc will beat Dmart are those who have never gone to Dmart.
The person who shops in Dmart doesn't care about 10 minutes. Ul UX. glassmorphic design, cashbacks, reward points.
He only cares about prices
If we spend 25000 per month on Daily Groceries(Milk, vegetables, Fruits, Groceries etc) and get free services like Internet, TV, Water Purifier.
Prices are similar to zepto/Blinkit with free delivery.
It is like hyperlocal Zepto

Zepto and other QCom platforms are now going all in.
