it depends on agreement bro if investor wants profit so you have to share 1% profit since he owns 1% equity but investor agrees on ki you can reinvest so investor will be profitable with increased valuation in future

You can design clause according to your needs and giving royalties are not good for early stage startup but you're doing 100cr business so yes that's possible for you but you need to understand the difference between net profit margin and revenue . giving 1% of net profit margin to investors are okay deal also he has option to earn money from selling your company shares . Btw ye sab chij bedh kar decide ki jati ha or jaruri nhi ha ki sab thumre favour ma ho kyuki investors Money hamesha 10X to 100x return analyse kar ke lagta ha or ager ajeeb se harqate karogey tho adhe tho ignore kar de funding and expansion plans dono hath se jayege ... you can take loans also because in 100cr business banks easily give you loan at 8% interest
