I'm not an AI guy, but I am still trying to get the most out of AI, especially for sales and marketing automation. This helps me to help startups to sell more with less effort. I write this because I've officially run out of original ideas on LinkedIn. Shocking, I know. So let me know what you want to hear from me. Let's get deeper. The easiest way to analyze the process is to write it down from A to Z as a big picture and go through it one by one to see where one touch will change more things. Sales automation = underrated goldmine, I toh use zapier along with Chatgpt and email/insta automations. Works like a charm, very smooth. No need to change till we reach $10K MRR

Just a suggestion. You’ve got the “help-first” tone nailed, but maybe reframe the ask as “What’s your biggest sales bottleneck?” It's easier to respond than mapping A-to-Z.

My sales process is simple, I send an email, they respond, we set a time for a meeting, we meet, talk and chill for a bit. They see the demo, I close the sale. Working well so far
