yes of course you can run adds even in 100rs but for that you need data and for that you have to run thousands rupees of ads after that algorithm understand that oky this type of audience/ customer he is targeting so initial 3 months as well numerous thousands rupees required to get results if you don't believe run an 1000 rs add and bring him few customers with that and show me results i will hire you in my agency
