thts a great idea . if you have a good amount start social media posting and run ads as you hv 200 customers you would hv enough money to put in ads. search proper strategies for running ads for ur purpose

are you sure as ik it must be like 300 per day or like there are many price ranges. Atleast try research ,trust me u will get a good option .nowadays there are low price options too .just try researching

yes of course you can run adds even in 100rs but for that you need data and for that you have to run thousands rupees of ads after that algorithm understand that oky this type of audience/ customer he is targeting so initial 3 months as well numerous thousands rupees required to get results if you don't believe run an 1000 rs add and bring him few customers with that and show me results i will hire you in my agency
