Yes my native place is Kolkata, but I was born and brought up in Mumbai. Whenever I visit Kolkata, it feels like Mumbai is running at 2x speed while Kolkata is moving at -0.5x.

I think Kolkata’s culture values art, heritage, and intellectual pursuits over commercial success. It’s not about lacking ambition but set priorities.

Startups are important but that doesn't mean everything. most of the startups or famous startups are today IT related. for some reason it couldn't grow there for several years. but other companies are doing business smoothly. do you know about the newly developed Fintech Hub or Rajarhat Newton upcoming IT Hub? national media doesn't cover these. how could you know. I can suggest you some x content creators who have given updates about ongoing projects in Kolkata and surroundings.

Living in Bangalore or Mumbai definitely changes your perspective; the hustle there makes you crave bigger dreams
