I quit my last job because which was near my house, They have provided me with good machine and what not. But I had to quit because of two major reasons. 1) Micromanagement at its core where you have to give justification of your morning routing and unrealistic expectations 2) No Future in terms of learning or development, they were using outdated stack older version and their development philosophy was not as per the standards
