I don't understand what now a days going on in industries, if they are hiring interns and there excetations are that candidate should have experiences more than a year, don't you think they should look potential in intern not experience,

Hey anyone here who knows how job consultancy works ?? How do they get profit how they get students placed in company? Do they have ties with company if yes how company make profit all that anyone?

Layoff has become a trend nowadays..... if one starts, others begin to follow. Hard to trust. Its not that companies are not profitable, they are.... Why do you hire when you have to restructure.... while hiring the vision should be clear for 10 year
