Your audience needs to see themselves as the main character in your story. 2. Conflict: Highlight the challenges they face. What are their problems or pain points? More importantly, show them the transformation they desire. This is where you show them what life could be like with your solution. 3. Resolution: Offer the solution. Your product, service, or idea is the resolution to their problem. Show them how you’ll guide them from point A to point B. Make it clear, simple, and actionable. David Ogilvy famously said: “The actors tell the truth—but make it fascinating.” Your stories don’t just need to be authentic; they need to grip attention and inspire action. Social media isn’t optional anymore. It’s where businesses thrive or fail. Every post, every interaction is a chance to build trust, provide value, and drive results.
