instead of using the money for paying commissions , invest that money for your own app and I am sure that would be very less compared to what you pay there and also use your marketing money for promotion of that app and give some discount for in app purchases and also if possible hire some delivery guys. just like dominos and other brands , even if there are swiggy and other apps people choose to buy through dominoes app rather than these food apps right. try to make something similar
