Can investors demand their full money back if a startup fail?? or they can only demand if there is a agreement?? Can someone explain it briefly!!

no the money is given in exchange for equity of the company so they cannot demand money back if the startup failed. uska ye matlab nhi h ki kese bhi paise udao investors k
