Can investors demand their full money back if a startup fail?? or they can only demand if there is a agreement?? Can someone explain it briefly!!

Investor ko ye risk lena padta hai ki startup fail ho sakta hai. Agar business properly structured hai, toh unhe loss cover karna pad sakta hai, lekin full money wapas ka koi guarantee nahi
