Don't you think focusing too much on simplicity can limit growth? I mean whatever ended up happening with Paytm was partly because of rumours of shutdown and blah blah from RBI thing right? People basically lost trust otherwise it was doing great, I used to book tickets and flights/trains/recharge my phone, everything via paytm only. Instead of 10 apps for 10 things and then 10 notifications from those i would like just 1 yaar.

Agreed. but you just open their app once; it's just flooded with so many icons and ads that you even forget what you opened it for! like there is no way you can find the thing you opened the app for without the search feature. I personally still like paytm and want it to grow but their app sucks tbh
