Imagine you’re shopping online and almost ready to buy, but something holds you back — maybe you’re unsure about the product, or you’re thinking it over. Now you may want to purchase the product but still get frustrated and end up not buying the products. This is a major problem for lot of e-commerce store. My idea is to build an AI agent which will keep monitoring the user buying behaviour and when it confirm that user has buying intent and then if user is stuck somewhere or leaving the buying process thn At just the right time, it pops up with a friendly nudge — like offering help, answering questions, or even a special discount. The goal is to turn “I’m not sure” into “Yes, I’ll buy!”. My goal is to make sure User who has an intent of buying is not able to purchase ,convert them into buying customer. Rate This Idea. Also any UI designer willing to work on this idea let me know.
