Lack of understanding of market....... Buy Now can't be a CTA here because prices in this market change on daily basis, It should be get a Quote or Should list all price options along with transportation charges. Because it's completely a local market game. Unlike traditional e-commerce a vendor sitting in Delhi can't sell anything to Constructor/Home owner sitting delhi (Except Furniture and Sanitary fittings) Let's say somehow you manage to do so, then logistics is going to a complete nightmare. Additionally interstate transportation of construction materials is something on which state government keep very tight control on (Don't forget the Mafias here) Now let's say you solve all of the above problems. How will you make sure that customer do not connect with vendor directly for next batch. That's a exact reason why Amazon and flipkart manage their own delivery and for B2B market IndiaMART exists..
