firstly as per YC's policy, only start-ups registered in few countries like USA, etc will be selected by them. Thus if any foreign startup is selected, they anyways have to change the regirstary country to USA, etc (as mentioned by them) Thus this data is based on if the co founder is indian or Company have theri operation in India.
