Well the rent in metro cities is a lot and thus it becomes very hard to rent out a flat to a family. Thus the owners are forced to covert house into a pg and deal with numerous tenants. For this, there is a new 4 months old Startup called "His Stay, Her Stay" in Mumbai. Well basically His Stay Her Stay manages everything in the house that includes finding tenants, managing them, etc. Thus the owner can just peacefully enjoy the rent. So actually my building's redevelopment work is now complete and the other owners in the building are finding it really difficult to find a family as a tenant. Thus 2 flats in my building have used "His Stay Her Stay" to put it on rent. There's no much information about the company available on the internet, so this is basically jusy my observation about it from those 2 flats.
