Users perceive brands (or competitors) as same. Ex. Pepsi and Coca-Cola. It's like Mom concept. I love my mom and similarly every other person love theirs. Same goes with the brand. Most brands have around 10% differentiation. You don't need to build a *very unique product" unless it's like that.
