What exactly does it mean when people say ‘your pitch deck has to say a compelling story?’ What kind of story and why? If we make it like a typical story, won’t it look unprofessional?

Don't say we are hiring ❌ 🙂 Say “ We are finding founding members for our startup ” because this will give them feel of emotional binding towards your startup and something like achivement. “ Hire barking 🐶 dogs for startup not 🦊 fox ”

Why we don't have world leading tech company despite of producing world level engineers. Don't say TCS is there ( It is providing cheap labour to maintain code of world companies)
