I feel employees may feel uncomfortable with their moods being constantly monitored, even if it's for their well-being. I mean think of the discrimination and the tool might also misinterpret emotions? How to solve for that?

I guess you could make it anonymised, by being transparent about what data is collected and how it is being used. this is the tricky part I guess the only solution I can think of for the discrimination angle is by rigorously training the algorithm. do you think this could make this product more adoptable?
