It’s cool that you’re approaching this as a side project but why not try to make it like an additional in app purchase thing?

If you are referring to an add-on to existing games like Euro Truck Simulator, It's like we can make it. no one is stopping us from that, but it would be good to create a separate game for the Indian space because there is a lot we can add by making this from scratch instead of building it on top of an existing platform.
