Because China can afford massive subsidies, forces labor etc. It is impacting it's economy as well. Copy Paste doesn't work anymore. In addition, China doesnt have a service sector to begin with. We have a well established service sector, for us to become like China we have to canabalize our service sector, which would be stupid and fool hardy.

Half of the said Chinese companies are bankrupt or are in verge of bankruptcy. The other half have manufacturing facilities outside of china. No copy paste doesn't work and will never work. Focus on R&D and grassroot ecosystem development. Goal should be US and Israel and not China.
