Because China can afford massive subsidies, forces labor etc. It is impacting it's economy as well. Copy Paste doesn't work anymore. In addition, China doesnt have a service sector to begin with. We have a well established service sector, for us to become like China we have to canabalize our service sector, which would be stupid and fool hardy.
