𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗶𝘀 undoubtedly a challenging task. As an entrepreneur, you're responsible for overseeing team members across various departments, including video editors, content writers, developers, technical content specialists, marketing staff, and more. This can often lead to frustration, but over time, I’ve learned how to manage it more effectively. ↳ Patience is key, regardless of the situation; without it, you risk adding unnecessary stress to yourself. ↳ There will be times when you encounter team members who may not understand instructions in one go or don’t readily accept feedback. In such cases, it helps to take a brief 2-3 minute break to collect yourself, as this can prevent you from saying something harsh that might worsen the situation. ↳ If certain individuals are not showing growth despite your continuous support, they might not be the right fit for the team. ↳ On the other hand, when you notice people making progress, motivate them.
