Bro honestly, Byju was a great founder. He never spoke in a wrong way. His team had few bad management practices especially in dealing with customers. The major downfall was the overleverage during covid, after which many businesses went down I dont think he was a bad founder, but he made few critical mistakes with his team that led to the downfall of his company
