I am starting a startup that helps the new founder to convert their idea to validation we will tackle all the headache all the legal work we will be managed we will provide guidance of everything a to z. The founder has to not worry about finding and taking every consultation or service from so many agencies every solution provided by us. we will also provide free consulting. you can probably explore a future payment schedule or a small portion of future revenue or equity, because realistically most businesses won't have money to pay you the entire amount upfront. You would also have to be very careful when selecting startups because the more failed ones you support and then are unable to pay will greatly harm your bottom line. Hey this is called incubation venture And there plenty of them but yes you can create an app and all that for this, but incubation is free mostly and if not equity is offered, and eventually it will always be easy to open company yourself with a CA consulting side by side, which an be easily found everywhere Best of luck
