They should, because no one knows when the next diplomatic conflict between the USA and the Republic of India might occur. If a tussle happens between these two countries, we may see action taken against Western tech companies. You cannot attract users with a poor UI. If you want to gain users, create a UI and app that can compete at an international level. For example, Medial is a prime example: a good UI with fewer settings.
