Amazon has lot's of distribution centers and logistics fleet but they are not converting that into dark store's model's Means they are creating more effective model's for dominating this market again. for now they are investing in drone delivery and other High tech start-ups but definitely in future Jeff Bezos will hit hard

all companies were focusing on drone delivery when the cost of delivery was a lot. today it's very less and using physical labour is much better and cheaper. Why i think they are not entering in it is because either they are waiting for perfect time when all the QCom platforms is fully successful and then they'll invest billions together
