I saw this in a friends samsung phone, basically it was talking about charging your phone for charity, that's all the notification said and I think if you could, while you charge your phone and not use, lend your wifi/internet to a web3 grid to people in tier 3 places who can't afford it, it would be a good thing and you can make fractional money from it too. Not enough to pay for your internet plan but little bit in return just as an incentive. This is my web3 idea
