Even I discussed the same idea - Delivery fee will be given from costumer to rider , Flat cost on each order . but at the end revenue will be super low , so instead of flat - we can go for minimal commission 10% flat commission ..

If we still go with commission based model, competition will kill is easily, ik revenue will be low but the retention rate will be amazing, drivers and their families will be happy, restraunt owners will be happy and profitable, sometimes its more that revenue, also we can expand into other verticals in the same sector in case we want to increase the revenue, this model will also allow new and small restraunts get online
