it's good one from the customers side. I'm talking considering tier 1 cities as in tier 2 and tier 3 may not work. But in business point of view, the profit margins will be very less with huge initial investment. Also, you've to get 3 BHK where owners allow bachelors. Also, you have maintenance of rooms, Electronic appliances, etc.
