I would go for Vistara in that case for sure but only if they were as punctual and great at their jobs as indigo. Sometimes no amount of benefit would make you continue using a service or product that you didn't feel happy with, the core offering i mean.

If you talk about airlines, then there's no airline whose staff were really that carring. the simple Reason is that they have to be kind and care for all 150 passengers daily and thus they can never behalf 'better' for each and every person. So the airline whose staff doesn't talk a lot is the best 😄
