From Afar or having Surface level knowledge makes everything looks easy, it's the insights and core that is complicated and difficult to understand, once you get to understand the core substance from groud level you understand it is not easy as it seems. One should understand the core substance of anything they are engaged into. Understand the core makes 1.) Task More Manageable 2.) Quick Adaptability 3.) Better Risk Management 4.) This is why teaching/learning methods that focus on rote mechanics rather than conceptual understanding are ineffective long-term. The core substance is key.

don't confuse complexity with core substance. Sometimes, the fundamentals are actually quite simple, it's just our lack of understanding that makes them seem complicated.
