True and a good example too but not every company needs a membership thing. I mean take lenskart for example. How mnay breaks are you going to experience to use their membership to the fullest? How mnay broken chashmas to validate that expense in your mind?

Well lenskart membership is basically a way to sell more. Like as you said, you don't actually break specks and you also don't change them every few months. So i got the math, a lenskart glass costs about 1500, while their gold membership costs 600 something and offers 1+1. Thus as a consumer we think it's a great deal and purchase it but at the end Lenskart gets benifited, not us. This have personally happened with use multiple times
