A small initiative. I want to share a recent story that happened to me. I was urgently looking for a video editor for our startup, Set2Score, and my maid had been repeatedly asking me to find work for her daughter. I thought about asking her daughter if she could do video editing, but for some reason, I hesitated multiple times. One day, I finally asked her daughter, and to my surprise, she said she knew video editing and was interested. I gave her an assignment, and she completed about 70-80% of it to my expectations. It turned out to be a win-win situation for both of us—she needed the work, and I needed the task done. That day, I learned how important it is to take the initiative and start a conversation. The worst-case scenario is that the work might not happen. With that, I wish everyone a happy Dussehra !! 💛 I hope we all can rid ourselves of the bad parts within us and become better versions of ourselves.
