I suggest you bear the cost of living and food at least. Like rent out a villa and all your employees/small team can all live together and it would create a much better bond too and that's the biggest expense people have na, living and food and if you're living together and working there only then travel bhi gets cut. A little bit like 10k or so per month per person for personal expenses would jsut make the deal even sweeter. Just a suggestion.
