firstly founder of the company should have atleast 60% ownership for making decisions single handedly and other 40% you can divide into co Founders

What's the logic behind this? Equity dictates decision making or board seat? And 1 board seat = 1 vote, no matter the equity they hold. Or maybe i am mistaken.

Nope voting powers are different and according to dual clause Aggreements voting powers are different 1 Ceo vote is equal to 10 votes and highest power person can decrease the voting powers of any Board members by changing clause
