Sell emotions, but let’s not forget, nobody cries over a bad product, they just move on and you don't get a second chance. So whatever you do, do it once and do it well.

Whatever thoughts or emotions you may have it's nothing more than some chemical processes in your brain. So close your eyes watch your breathing process and let that chemical chaos pass. If you think that won't help you, do some exercise first.
