nice idea what the approach of classes it's live or pre-recorded. It plays a critical role.if it's pre-recorded school can do themselves. If it's live classes. you have to convince techies. I also have a similar idea it's not programming. Generally average schools will hire teachers who are not qualified.Due to this lack of quality education. so for that there are many experienced teachers who are good in their subjects. We approach them on summer Holidays and make videos topic wise for each class and we sell them to schools in a subscription model. and we can sell directly to students also. and for doubt clarifications we make teachers and students to connect with minimal charges so teachers can earn. we make courses with multi language and with multiple teachers based on students rating they can purchase further.
