Hey I am on Medial • 6m

When does a startup need to quit ?, according to you?. I needed it genuinely at this stage. I am asking this question after working on it for more than a year. (as many suggestions as possible). thank you.

brother if you are working on it for more than a year so I'm hoping you have built its prototype or MVP if not then maybe your idea is on deep research based (sci-fi) if not then maybe you don't have a team (resources) if not then maybe you don't have clear action plans.. many more scenarios but see if building it's atleast prototype/(MVP recommend) is not that difficult then make it by learning skill or hiring, no code platforms (recommend is not from tech background) and test it with potential customers. if not then switch to some other market, technical feasible idea. Don't waste your time on it.. I talked with many startup founders and Mentors they always say "build fast, launch fast, fail fast, repeat"

thanks mate. i really love the last one. "build fast, launch fast, fail fast." and coming to the point above. Yes we did have a MVP and we also got grants worth more than 10lac too.. but the problem here is.. Government (bigger, more trust) in this particular industry has already done what we are doing. soo... if we do anything further i thought it would be waste of our time and effort too... and also i think we are young now (20~21) we need more maturity and also skill set. and at the same time I get some thoughts like we did almost 1 and half year hardwork right, why to quit in between.. etc.

What is the difference between MVP, prototype and proof-of-concept⁉️ An MVP (minimum viable product) is bare minimum needed to test core hypothesis with real customers. Fast iterations based on feedback. ( Made a post on it in detail check it out).
