What is the difference between MVP, prototype and proof-of-concept⁉️ An MVP (minimum viable product) is bare minimum needed to test core hypothesis with real customers. Fast iterations based on feedback. ( Made a post on it in detail check it out). It's like a car with many problems but is ok and fulfills the need and solves problems but still needs lots of improvements. A prototype demonstrates key features/functions but lacks polish. Internal testing only to get sign-off before building full solution. It's like basic engine of car but not a full car which is go to the market Proof-of-concept proves technical feasibility. Not functional, aims to show how separate parts could work together at a basic level. Think a combination of internal parts of car but not actually a proper internal engine I hope you all got it! If you have some examples of them then please let me know in the replies!
